About CHASERS

CHASERS Stands for Client, Housing And Service Entry (and) Reporting System.  It is a software package created and used by the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC).  CHASERS is very likely to be released as free software sometime during 2007.  See the Wiki page or Demo Versions for more information.

About DESC

The Downtown Emergency Service Center serves disabled and vulnerable homeless adults in Seattle and King County, Washington  (USA), particularly those living with severe mental and/or addictive illnesses.  DESC provides shelter, survival and clinical services, along with permanent supportive housing to help people live as independently and self-sufficiently as possible.
